Court fees below are from the HMCTS family fees list updated 13 July 2026 [HMCTS EX50]. The MIAM figure is GOV.UK’s “around £120 per person” [GOV.UK] — real prices vary. We don’t estimate solicitors’ fees: prices vary too widely to be honest about, so add any quotes you have.
